Goodbye Anna,
“In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.” This quote from Coco Chanel is without a doubt the best way to remember Anna Piaggi, a woman who was not only different, but also uniquely interesting.
As a freelance fashion journalist, her irreverent and subversive outfits were her calling card. Her longest collaboration started in the sixties with Vogue Italia. The hypnotic Double Pages (Doppie Pagine), a collage of words, ideas, images and illustrations, are the most representative pieces of Anna Piaggi’s work. Today she passed away in Milan where she was born in 1931.
Ganzo joins the fashion world in saying goodbye to a truly irreplaceable fashion icon!
