Propogating Italian streetwear with personality
As the name suggests, Color Propaganda doesn’t just see itself as a clothing brand, but as part of a larger cultural movement. It’s no surprise then, that behind the brand are two young Italians with eclectic backgrounds that encompass the arts, streetwear and the party scene in northern Italy.
Marco Oggian, a young Italian designer and illustrator and Davide Binda, an Italian DJ and owner of the famous streetwear retailer Refresh Shop, created Color Propaganda in January 2013. With this brand new addition to the Italian streetwear world, the two creatives hope to revolutionize our idea of color as a means of self-expression and personality. In order to do this they’re bringing together fresh graphic t-shirts and bags with live music and videos. Featuring doodle-style illustrations that interact with real-life models and props, the Color Propaganda lookbook, which was produced using an old scanner, paper and pens, perfectly captures the brand’s irreverent and fun street style personality.
The debut Color Propaganda collection, which consists of t-shirts, crewnecks, and tote bags, is fresh, creative and, of course, colorful. White, green, red, grey and blue, there’s a t-shirt that will let you bring each of your personalities to the street!
