When the Fiat 500 first arrived in the United States, auto bloggers questioned whether Americans were ready for such an Italian-styled car. Fiat’s answer is the new Fiat Gallery at 18 Wooster Street in New York. The gallery is an interactive space that immerses the public in an Italian cultural experience focused on the Fiat 500.
Open for the duration of the New York International Auto Show, the concept is both an art gallery and car gallery. Fiat cars will line the showroom floor, but visual art and musical instruments built from disassembled Fiat hoods and doors will offer a more creative interpretation of driving.
